eKhaya means ‘my home’ in the South African languages Xhosa and Zulu. We offer modern, self catering residences to students in South Africa. During your studies you need a safe, warm, friendly place to call home. We pride ourselves on our comfortable accommodation and the service and amenities we have to offer. During your stay with us, our live-in Residence Mother will be on hand support you throughout your studies. We have 24 hour security, access control and CCTV. All of our residences have fast, free, unshaped, uncapped WiFi, shared kitchens, social spaces and laundry facilities. We host regular social events throughout the year and we have an active student representative committee that works closely with the residence managers to ensure all of your needs are met.

A newly refurbished residence in the heart of Cape Town. This residence sleeps 152 students in single, twin and dorm rooms . Some rooms have en-suite bathrooms and some rooms utilise shared bathrooms. We offer uncapped, unshapped free wifi, multiple communal kitchens, quiet study spaces, a laundry, a large social space with a pool table and a balcony overlooking Long Street.
We have 24 hour security, CCTV cameras throughout and sophisticated access control. Our residence benefits from a live-in ‘Residence Mother’ who supports our students throughout their stay with us.

A newly refurbished residence on the bustling Adderley Street in Cape Town’s CBD. This residence sleeps 190 students in twin en-suite rooms.
